welltain® (wellbeing in the mountain) is a new formula for enjoying activity and relaxation in the heart of nature. You are assisted by specially-trained Welltain coaches who support you throughout your stay and also demonstrate how you can incorporate some of the Welltain® experiences afterwards in your daily life.
Our coaches address your personal preferences and support you with activities and relaxation exercises matched to your capabilities. As well as making you fit and relaxed, the guiding principle is that fitness and relaxation should be fun!
This holiday guarantees you the maximum in terms of health, fitness and relaxation!

welltain® exclusive (one to one coaching)

Exclusive attention to your needs awaits, because Welltain® Exclusive is personal coaching tailored entirely to you!
We also offer you the opportunity to plan your Welltain® holiday in advance of your visit and tailor it to suit your personal preferences. You can experience and enjoy the Welltain® Exclusive offer on your own, with a partner or in a group of friends, The minimum stay is three days - but you're sure to want more!
Cost: € 250.00 per person/day + € 50.00 for a second person


welltain® junior
Dates: from 5 July to 12 September 2008 every week from Monday to Friday

Welltain® Junior is an enjoyalbe combination which puts fun, action and adventure together with key features of the Welltain® holiday such as enjoyment, discovery, experiencing nature and the thrill of activity, to mention just a few. Under the supervision of trained sports teachers, the children also learn through playing, as they experience these adventures as a way of finding out about how the body works. Sharing experiences as part of a group, enjoying nature and being with others are particular areas of focus with this offer - a true journey of discovery in nature!
This offer requires a minimum group size of five children. The supervised periods are coordinated with your Welltain® holiday, so that you can also get to spend time with your children.
Age range: 9 - 13

Waht's on offer:

welltain® week – a 6-day individual holiday

Dates: 5 July to 12 September 2008, every week from Saturday to Friday

* 5 Welltain walks / Welltain Nordic Walking with your coach (depending on interests amongst the group)

* final discussion with your coach
* training recommendations and documents to take home, also offered on CD-Rom
