ROLLING PIN invited over 300 of Austria#s leading gastronomers, chefs and hoteliers to select their "F&B Manager of the Year". We are pleased to announce that our colleagues chose Christian Buchhammer as "F&B Manager of the Year". The presentation of this award took place on 19.09.2007, during the "fafga" gastronomy trade fair in Innsbruck.
Christian, who, after completing his studies, began his training at the Arlberg Hospiz Hotel, thoroughly enjoyed becoming acquainted with every aspect of the profession.
When offered the position of F&B manager in 2003, he accepted the challenge with enthusiasm. He was thus able to pursue a successful #Career with training# at the Arlberg Hospiz Hotel. The Hospiz Hotels & Restaurants team congratulates him on this award!
