Wine & Firn Event in the Hotel Goldener Berg on 10th April 2008


Culinary delights in the heart of the Lech mountains!

We begin at 7 pm with a fine aperitif in the hotel bar and the chance to become aquainted with the great winemaker Henri Duboscq, famous for the popular and well known vineyard Château Haut Marbuzet in Bordeaux. We will also gladly introduce you to Mr. Norbert Niederkofler # THE star chef from South Tyrol. With three Gault Millau chef#s hats and two Michelin stars, he spoils his clientele in St. Kanzian and Bozen.

This author of multiple cook books presents the evening#s menu for you. Subsequently we can together enjoy, in our à la carte Restaurant Johannisstübli, a unique, international dinner # accompanied by the Cru Bourgeois Superior St. Estephe wines from the Chateau Haut Marbuzet. Vintages from 2005 back to 1996 will be presented for tasting and the particularities of each individual vintage will be explained by Monsieur Duboscq.

After this grandiose tasting we will open a large bottle of another fine vintage!

The 8 course menu, including wine, water and coffee costs € 190. The number of participants is restricted, so first come - first served!
