If you cancel a confirmed booking, you will be charged the following cancellation fees:
* up to 1 month prior to the agreed arrival: 0 %
* up to the 15th day prior to the agreed arrival: 50 % of the agreed price for your booked stay
* from the 14th until the 7th day prior to the agreed arrival: 70 % of the agrred price for your booked stay
* as from the 7th day until the day of the agreed arrival: 90 % of the agreed price for your booked stay

If you do not arrive or if you leave prematurely, we shall have to charge you the full price for your booked stay.

Please be advised that there is the possibility to take out a travel cancellation insurance from 'Europäische Reiseversicherung' (European Travel Insurance). The rate is 2,7 % of the price for your booking. Please let us know if you are interested and we shall be happy to send you the details.
